Bad Habit? Let's Fix That

Bad habits... We all have them!
Here are a few tricks and tools to change your bad habit into something good.
IDENTIFY
The first thing to do is to figure out what habit you want to focus on. What purpose does that habit serve in your life? A lot of times bad habits are a result of stress, boredom, or have simply become part of your routine without you noticing.
REPLACE
It's actually way easier to replace a bad habit with a good one rather than trying to completely eliminate it from your life. Once you've identified the habit that you want to change, brainstorm a variety of ways you could replace it. If you feel the urge to scroll through your phone before bed, keep a book on your nightstand and start to read instead. Do you procrastinate when you first get to work? Pop on a motivating podcast or playlist. Avoid working out? Lay your workout clothes out before bed and put them on as soon as you get up.
SUPPORT

PATIENCE
Effectively changing a bad habit will take a lot of time and effort. Have patience, manifest yourself succeeding in your endeavours and put the work in! If you slip up, don't worry. Be kind to yourself and get back on track as soon as you can.
