Planner Hack: Set a Weekly Focus


The newest weekly spread just launched last month here at EO Edits, and you may notice a few new added features including a space right at the top for your Weekly Focus / Priority every single week.

This feature was added so that you can think about your week intentionally and give yourself direction in what ever area of your life you need to most. I like to think of it as a reminder or prompt to guide you towards your best self. Forget multi-tasking. You'll commit to focus on just one area of your life that needs a bit of attention for the week.


Sometimes the focus might be very simple, like being a little healthier while other weeks it might be a big goal or priority that gets you closer to achieving a major goal. It can be very specific or vague. Whatever you need it to be. The point is, this prompt will help you to focus yourself and acts as a reminder that we all need sometimes. 


You might know exactly where you want to place your focus in the coming weeks but if not, here are a few ideas to get you started with a weekly focus.


  • Hydration

  • Movement

  • Daily Meditation

  • Practicing gratefulness

  • Daily affirmations

  • Creativity

  • Reading

  • Organization/Decluttering
